Joel Franklin

President and CEO

Joel Franklin is CEO of Pacific Blue Energy Corp. He leads the company's executive team as well as the industry advisors who shape Pacific Blue as it seeks to become a dominant player in the renewable energy industry. He is responsible for managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion and will be leading the PBEC team as it acquires more properties for renewable energy projects.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Franklin started Coronado Painting LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. The company provides painting services to residential and commercial projects. Since founding the still-thriving company, he has gained years of experience as a leader and manager as well as a great understanding of successful project development.

George M. Buckingham

Chief Operating Officer and Board Advisor

George 'Mitch' Buckingham is the Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Blue Energy Corp. Mr. Buckingham has been an advocate of renewable energy and development for most of his professional career. For the past 13 years, he has been involved in various renewable energy applications including traditional solar, concentrated solar, passive solar, wind and biomass. For the past seven years, he has worked in the wind energy sector. During that time he started Ship Ahoy, LLC, which develops large renewable solar and wind energy projects. He also co-founded Sunshine Arizona Wind Energy, LLC, along with Foresight Wind Energy to develop a commercial wind project east of Flagstaff, Arizona.

He supervised many aspects of the development from the initial wind speed data collection all the way through the various studies to the approved county permit for Sunshine Wind Park.

For most of his professional career, Mr. Buckingham focused on building and development. He is the owner of D&S Investco, LLC, a general contracting company licensed in Arizona. He is extremely knowledgeable with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and green building techniques. With his extensive residential and commercial development background, he is also the president and owner of Northern Management, Inc, a consulting company involved in land development and real estate.

Mr. Buckingham is the owner of Western Truss & Components, Inc, a building component manufacturer. He attended San Diego State University from 1969-1972 with an emphasis in business.

On a personal note, he has driven a pure electric car since 2002 and was involved in educating the public on renewable energy at sustainability fairs and area high schools.

Luniel De Beer

Chairman

Mr. de Beer has been the CEO and Chairman of The Tradeshow Marketing Company, Ltd. since 2007, and currently presides as Chairman of Pacific Blue Energy Corporation.

He is a talented and accomplished Senior Executive and Corporate Officer with a proven ability to lead and fund both private and public companies in the consumer commerce and information technology industries, having raised over $3 million of funding for The Tradeshow Marketing Company through sophisticated and institutional investments.
